    My Office Cleaning Heaven

    As the manager of a busy Hertfordshire office, I often find that I get approached with all the weird and wonderful questions and complaints of the staff. I have to oversee so many people that it dealing with these takes up quite a chunk of my day. The most recent being the cleanliness of the facilities they work in, now I don’t see how this could be a problem, we have a cleaning company already, everything should be cleaned twice a week. Obviously I was shocked by this, looking out from my office door the main office looks fine; I have no idea what they are complaining about! So after hours I decide to take a look around and see what the fuss was about. As I walked through the cubicles it became very apparent that we did, in fact, have a problem. Waste paper bins were almost brimming, old coffee cups left on tables, desks decorated with sticky mug rings and the carpet could definitely do with a hoover. Clearly the company I was using at the moment was not reliable or trustworthy if they are going to cut corners like this. The next day I searched through the internet to find a decent office cleaner or office cleaning company and after phoning up a few I found one with an easy online quotation service, their quote was much cheaper than what had been suggested by these other companies so I arranged a consultation. The lady that visited was polite and friendly and took a quick look around my offices, she then asked me what particular areas I would like to be concentrated on, as well as just general cleaning, the company did all of this for free! They were obviously keen on attention to detail and providing their clients with the exact service they are expecting. She then sat me down and talked me through their selection process for their employees, including home and identification checks, this obviously took a whole load off my mind, it was apparent that their employees were trustworthy always with mine and my employees security in mind. I decided to have them come in and clean for two hours every Monday, Wednesday and Friday so that I know that my offices are always in pristine condition and are a nice environment for my workers to be in. The free online quote was such a food idea and really helped to have in mind when comparing to other companies. The change is immense, and you don’t notice how bad they where before until you they have had a thorough clean. I know now that I will never let my or my colleagues work environment ever get that bad ever again! I have no more complaints and the offices are now a joy to work in. I have never had a problem with the cleaning company, their reliable and trustworthy services have really been a breath of fresh air, and they are a joy to deal with. The other great thing is all the time I have now to get on with work instead of dealing with silly complaints!
